Do you provide paperwork for audits and EHO inspections?
Yes — every visit comes with a written report covering findings, treatment, recommendations and proofing actions. Suitable for EHO, SALSA, BRC and most franchise audits.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes. Pubs, restaurants and shops usually prefer early mornings or after close — that's no problem. Just say when you need us.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Regular cover is rolling and you can cancel with notice. We'd rather you stay because the service is good than because the paperwork traps you.
Do you cover HMOs and student lets?
Yes — landlords and letting agents are a big chunk of our work. We can deal directly with tenants to arrange access if that helps.
