My Story
Built on word of mouth.
I'm Ernest, and I founded Dead Bug Pest Control over ten years ago because I was tired of big national firms turning up to a small problem in a polo shirt, charging a fortune, and leaving without really fixing it.
We do this differently. When you call, you reach the people who actually do the work — never a national call centre. When we turn up, we treat your home or business like it's our own. We tell you exactly what we're doing and why. If a job's small, we'll say so. If it's bigger than expected, we'll explain it before you spend a penny.
We're fully insured, NPTA members, and we cover everything from a single mouse to a full commercial contract. Most of our work comes from word of mouth across Newcastle, Gateshead, sunderland, Durham and the surrounding areas.
